Apartment units affected by water

Carpet affected by water damage at an apartment complex.

This damage was a water damage which affected flooring and walls at the Victorville Casa Bella apartments earlier this year. Many of these incidents happen year around due to old piping, slow leaks, or simply it rained too much and the roof couldn't handle it. In this particular event there was a slab leak which caused massive amounts of water to affect a few units in the apartment complex. Carpets needed to be removed along with the padding underneath, walls needed to be cut to ensure interior drying. Inside the walls there was wet insulation which needed to be removed and replaced as well. In most cases this is something that can be taken care of within a few weeks, from start to finish. One thing is for sure is that SERVPRO of Upland/San Antonio Heights will make it "Like it never even happened."
