Carpet cleaning in hotel.

This is a hotel that was flooded due to fire sprinklers going off and flooding 9 floors in Anaheim CA. SERVPRO of Upland/San Antonio Heights crew arrived with 280 skilled employees trained in water damage restoration to get this hotel back up and running. It took about a month of hard work, day in and day out, drying, cleaning, and tearing down wet dry wall to accomplish this assignment. Within 1 hour of the water damage SERVPRO of Upland/San Antonio Heights contacted the hotel to arrange for service, within four hours we were on site and immediately started mitigation services, and within 8 hours a verbal briefing of the scope was communicated to the appropriate person. The hotel owner was happy we brought his hotel to preloss condition and made it "Like it never even happened."
