Flooded family room in Perris, CA

This flooded family room in Perris, CA was due to a slab leak. The laminate flooring was soaked and needed to be removed before any serious mold growth. In the first photo you can see our moisture meter reading 100% moisture in the wood. In the second photo you see all laminate flooring removed and drying equipment placed and ready for drying. The customer was very happy to have SERVPRO of Upland on the job because she heard very good things about us on our Yelp, and of course like we always do, we made it "Like it never even happened."
