It took 3 technicians 2 hours to extract the water from the building. In this case this was a slab leak. We wanted to post this photo as an example on how water travels. There was wood flooring above this wet concrete which was also soaked. The water traveled down the hallway and into the bedrooms. After fixing the leak we dried the area and made it "Like it never even happened."

This is an example of what we call floating the carpet. Floating the carpet means we safely remove the carpet and the tack strips that hold it down to dry in place. The carpet was brand new and had no signs of deterioration. After the carpet was dry it was reapplied and shampooed. We made this damage "Like it never even happened."

This is a photo of one of our employees in full PPE cleaning up a fire in a home in Upland, Ca. The fire started in the kitchen and spread upstairs to the attic and throughout the entire home. This was almost a complete total loss but when SERVPRO of Upland arrived we brought the house back to living conditions. This was a home that was being sold in Riverside CA. The real estate company that sent us this assignment needed to sell a home but could not because the home had a mold issue. It was very minor but due to a leaking pipe. We took care of the mold for this real estate company and they were able to sell the home almost immediately.

In this photo we are showing an example of a mold containment. This containment is meant to prevent the spread of mold throughout the house during the demolition and cleaning process of the mold.
